Junior Accountant

Job PurposeThe Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting various accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local accounting regulations in Dubai.

• Assist in basic accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Help in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations in Dubai.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Contribute to the implementation of financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in an accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with the accounting systems and regulations in Dubai.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
