Key Responsibilities:
- Property Research: Engage with property owners to determine the availability of properties for rent and sale, collecting essential details for accurate listings.
- Client Requirements: Collaborate with the team to understand client preferences and requirements, actively seeking properties that match their needs.
- Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels, ensuring timely updates on property status.
- Listing Management: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of available units, including accurate details and specifications.
- Weekly Reports: Generate and present weekly reports outlining property availability, client interactions, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Assistance: Provide support to the team by facilitating smooth transactions.
- Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiation processes with relevant information on property features, market trends, and pricing.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations.
