Description
Oversee all aspects of cash management, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.Implement and manage change initiatives, driving process improvement and innovation.Lead a team of 6-10 direct reports (Accountants/Sr. Accountants) and empower their growth.Collaborate effectively with the VP Finance and provide strategic support.
Profile
Have a proven track record of success in AP/Treasury, with strong technical expertise.Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace continuous improvement.Are comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
