Description
Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, or IT specialists.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projectsContribute to the overall system architecture and long-term technology roadmap.Design and implement scalable and robust system overall architectures.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, Node.js) for backend development.Collaborate with cross functional team of developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholdersWork closely with DevOps to manage server environments
Profile
Only Chinese (Mandarin) speaking candidates can be considered for this roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in managing R&D teams5+ years of experience in backend developmentExtensive experience in software development and system architecture.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.English (fluent) and Chinese (fluent) as the working language.
