  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to determine loan eligibility and risk.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and disbursements.
