DHL Global Freight Forwarding Algeria has an opening for an Senior HRBP where you will develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.  Join us now in connecting people and improving lives.

In this Senior HRBP position

• You will act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level.
• You will undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g., providing legal advice, analyzing data trends.
• You will support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees.
• You will facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program.
• You will conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined Performance Management process.
• You will keep up to date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation.
• You will enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations.
• You will connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g., external service providers.
• You may convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• You will build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers.
• You will understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.
• You will provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.
• You will be an individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees.
• You may direct the work of other lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs.
• You will coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• Bachelor’s Degree
• HR Certification
• 4 years’ experience of more
• Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.
• Business understanding
• Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
• Proven experience of delivery of organizational change projects
