Job Summary:
The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring exceptional guest service, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concierge team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to concierge team members.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations of the concierge team.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and surrounding area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on local attractions, restaurants, and events to provide guests with relevant information and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
