About the job Personal Assistant - Male

Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Director.
  • Management of incoming communications from external and internal parties such, as emails, calls and meeting requests on behalf of senior management.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.

Requirements:


  • BSc in business administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills English and Arabic.
