About the job Personal Assistant - Male
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Director.
- Management of incoming communications from external and internal parties such, as emails, calls and meeting requests on behalf of senior management.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Help with daily time management.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Requirements:
- BSc in business administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills English and Arabic.
