A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Supervises day to day operation of restaurants, maintains high quality of service. Taking initiatives to generate revenue and achieve the financial targets. Monitoring and providing the needs of the restaurants to ensure service efficiency.
What we need from you:
Minimum of 2 years’ strong skill base and experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related field Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude Highly organized and focused Experience in the Middle East a plus
