Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and security of our premises.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and manage a team of security personnel.
2. Monitor security systems and respond to any alarms or incidents.
3. Implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
4. Conduct regular security checks and patrols.
5. Train security staff on security protocols and emergency response procedures.
6. Investigate security breaches and report any findings to management.
7. Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and vulnerabilities.
8. Maintain accurate security records and reports.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
2. Extensive knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security management a plus.
