We are partnering with a well-established Venture Capital and Private Equity firm committed to driving innovation in technology, fintech, and energy sectors. With a track record of identifying and nurturing transformative ideas, they demonstrate dedication to shaping the future of these industries globally.


They are currently looking for an experienced Investment Analyst to join their team in Bahrain and play a pivotal role in guiding strategic investment decisions by conducting comprehensive due diligence, developing sophisticated financial models, and presenting compelling investment opportunities.


Responsibilities:


1- Due Diligence and Feasibility Studies:


  • Evaluate the feasibility of potential investment targets through thorough due diligence processes.
  • Assess the viability of investment opportunities to inform decision-making.

2- Financial Modeling and Analysis:


  • Develop and maintain intricate financial models to support detailed investment analysis and valuation.
  • Utilize financial models to conduct in-depth analysis of investment opportunities.

3- Reporting and Presentation:


  • Compile and deliver regular monthly and quarterly reports on the performance of current investments.
  • Create persuasive pitch decks to present potential investment opportunities to the investment committee.

4- Post-Investment Evaluation:


  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations post-investment to guide strategic decisions regarding investment holding or exit strategies.

5- Market Research and Opportunity Identification:


  • Perform extensive research on industries and markets to identify emerging trends and new investment opportunities.
  • Create compelling pitch decks for presenting potential investment opportunities to the investment committee.

6- Legal and Administrative Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and manage legal documents such as SAFE notes, and handle administrative tasks associated with the operation of a VC fund.

7- External Relations and Compliance:


  • Serve as a liaison with external parties, including fund auditors and compliance auditors, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related field.
  • 3+ Years of experience in investment analysis.
  • Experience in Venture Capital, Family Office, or Consultancy firm is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exceptional research and presentation skills.
