Job Description

  • نشر محتوى على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حسب التعليمات و السياسة المتبعة.
  • التواصل مع العملاء لحل المشاكل المتوسطة والبسيطة مباشرة، وفقًا للإرشادات المعتمدة في الشركة.
  • التواصل مباشرة مع الزبائن لحل المشكلات البسيطة والمتوسطة التعقيد، باستخدام الإرشادات الخاصة بالشركة.
  • المتابعة بشكل مستمر مع العملاء لاكتشاف المشكلات التي تواجههم.

  • امتلاك القدرة على استخدام البرامج الحاسوبية لتحليل حالة العملاء.
