Agro Planner

Overview Maintain appropriate raw potato availability for all CFI plants through balancing production requirements with fleet, Cold stores, storage Capacities, Suppliers & Agro Inhouse to support manufacturing team achieving company targets Responsibilities Performing all Deployment planning activities through the company raw material storage facilities. Lead Daily meetings with the team to adjust daily activities. Checking all storage facilities revolving stocks to have its minimum stocks and work on enhancing the availability within a defined reorder point. Assure the existence of Min-Max stock models according to the storage capacity and type of raw material sourcing mechanism (Harvest season, Local sourcing) Team up with logistics, warehouses, Inhouse Farms & Suppliers to achieve the desired targets with highest quality on time. Close coordination with Agro commercial to execute required purchasing operations of raw material. Following up on suppliers’ performance. Issuing the Deployment KPIs’ monthly report on time. Send Daily Plan to Suppliers, Inhouse and CS Depletion to Different Available Destination & Track on its execution. Daily and Monthly Availability reviews. Developing, Reporting, and following up on the Agro KPI's Dashboard to enhance Team performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Engineering - Commerce or any relevant Field. 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain. Good command of English Language (written and spoken). Excellent PC skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint). Creative Thinking. Excellent Communication Skills. Leadership and decision making. Creative and initiative.
