Key Responsibilities:
Performs technical tasks including environment preparation, solution installation and configuration.
Documents environment and solution configuration.
Participates in solution design.
Participates in project estimation and planning.
Performs Middleware & DevOps products installation and configuration.
Conducts customer training on system administration.
Investigate, analyze and troubleshoot Tier 3 environment issues.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in Software Implementation.
Bachelor of computer engineering is preferred.
