JOB PURPOSE
The Brand and Communication Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing
comprehensive brand and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and
support business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, exceptional
communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
-Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
-Brand Identity Management: Manage and uphold the company's brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, to ensure alignment with brand values and positioning.
-Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email, and print materials, that effectively communicates the brand message and resonates with the target audience.
-Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
-PR & Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and amplify brand messaging through earned media channels.
-Digital Marketing: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media advertising.
-Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company culture and values among employees.
-Brand Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
-Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior leadership, to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader business goals.
