Business Analyst Position

Job Description: 

• Collaborate with the product manager and technical team to define and prioritise project requirements. 
• Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and document client needs and objectives. 
• Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the product development process.
• Facilitate communication between clients and the tech team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables. 
• Design and implement efficient workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve product performance.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and products..
• Assist in the development of project documentation, including business cases, reports, and presentations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 
• Proficiency in creating detailed user stories, workflows, and business process diagrams. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Working Conditions:
Core Working Hours: 11:00 am - 05:00pm
Work Type: Hybrid (one day on-site)
