TIS is hiring Customer Care Specialist for one of The Leading Travel and Tourism companies located in KSA
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep abreast of new product launches, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with other team members or departments to ensure proper handling and resolution of complex issues.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Chat Customer Support or Back office Customer Support .
Good Experience in Live Chatting.
Experience in Typing (English and Arabic)
English level: Excellent.
Excellent communication skills &interpersonal skills
Intuition & multitasking
