Our client is a premier global entity specializing in the export and manufacturing of premium foods, herbs, and seeds. We are in search of a seasoned Chief Accountant to enhance our vibrant team.
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily financial operations within the company.
- Manage the company's budget and financial resources.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and laws.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts.
- Perform financial analysis to aid in decision-making.
- Oversee relationships with external auditors and financial service providers.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role
• Experience in managing a team of finance professionals.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
