Talent 360 is hiring a communications officer for one of it's clients.

Job Description: 
Implementing Communication Strategies: 
  • Assist in developing and implementing communications strategies 
  • Monitor web, email, and social media analytics and report to top management.
Content Development: 
  • Create engaging and impactful content for various communication channels, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and website content. 
  • Ensure that all communications and marketing material align with Enroot values, standards, branding guidelines, and partners' policies. 
  • Create designs for online and offline communication materials
Social Media Management: 
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for Enroot and its projects, ensuring a consistent flow of information. 
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance Enroot and project visibility. 
  • Monitor trends, engage with the audience, and adapt strategies to align with Enroot’s goals. 
  • Implement social media campaigns to promote key messages and events.
Maintaining Media Relations: 
  • Maximizes opportunities for the company to be featured in various types of media messages. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and outreach entities
  • Work alongside visual designers, copywriters, video producers, and external agencies 
  • Respond to media inquiries, and coordinate interviews. 
  • Monitor media coverage and press mentions
Internal Communications: 
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant information and updates. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the research, development, and business development departments to align communication efforts with Enroot’s objectives. 
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create multimedia content.
 Job Qualifications:
  • University degree in business administration, mass communications, political science, or a relevant field. 
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in development sector communications, content creation, copywriting, or social media management. 
  • Excellent written and oral command of English and Arabic 
  • Excellent computer skills in common word processing (MS Word), and data processing (MS Excel) Proven experience in managing social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram Working knowledge of graphic design tools including Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred. Working knowledge of video editing and photography is preferred.
