Job Description



The Role:



Informa Markets Egypt is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Specialist (12 months contract) with a focus on launching online media web pages that complement its existing B2B event brands.
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing content strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across various digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for content creation and marketing to bring their skillsets into the trade events and exhibitions industry.

Responsibilities:



Growing new users, subscribers, database, pageviews, and engagement Conducting primary and secondary market research with industry stakeholders to gain deep insights into their requirements and deliver tailored content accordingly. Conducting keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. Developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences. Creating high-quality, engaging content for digital channels including websites, social media, email marketing, blogs, and other online platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and objectives. Managing content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels. Monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics. Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support business objectives. Maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all content initiatives.
Providing guidance and education in brand messaging, style guidelines, and voice. Identifying ways to repurpose existing content in the form of webinars, whitepapers, infographics, etc. Orchestrate multi-step email and newsletter campaigns, including segmentation and setup.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a digital publication. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
