Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Listen attentively to customer concerns, showing empathy and understanding, and taking ownership of resolving their issues. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback on process improvements. Follow established customer service procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. Handle customer complaints or difficult situations with professionalism, patience, and a focus on finding solutions
Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and find appropriate solutions. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
