A leading technology and software solutions provider in the MEA region offering Digital Transformation solutions along with other IT Services and consultancy.


Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager.


Scope:


At our company, Marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We are looking for an experienced and versatile digital marketer who's eager to do this and more.


We're looking for a Marketing professional to scale and drive growth across business verticals. You will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership, product leadership, and data analyst teams.


In this role, you will impact the business by exploring new opportunities, identifying experiments, analyzing complex scaling challenges, and formulating structure and framework for existing operations. We're looking for future leaders who think critically, test, learn from mistakes, and adapt quickly.


This position offers high visibility to senior management and other departments within the company.


In this role, you will get to:


  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

What You Need to Succeed In:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, MBA, or other advanced technical degree.
  • Work Experience: 4 5+ years of relevant work experience across Marketing, Consulting, Tech, Startup or other relevant industries.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player.
  • Proficiency in English, and Arabic.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems and translate into actionable business insights.
  • Business Acumen: Strong track record building marketing plans, crunching numbers ideally ability to extract data and apply statistical models. Strategic thinking and planning with a hands-on mentality.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management: Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategy: Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns both online and offline. Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional presenter to the C-suite level audience and other senior management in the company.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities


  • Planning and executing the strategy - Reviewing and implementing Easy Trademarks marketing strategy & action plan.
  • Preparing the marketing budget.
  • Managing online presence including social media & web presence.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
