Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and optimization of the firm's enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization in the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.
  
• Perform in-depth analysis of enterprise application functionality and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure enterprise applications comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and platforms to optimize application development and functionality.
  
• Identify, clearly communicate, and plan how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles.
  
• Identify training and development needs and coach team members on achieving goals.
  

• Recruit and select high performers, develops talent, and recognizes performance.
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years or relevant experience
  

  
  

• Bachelor's Degree of computer science or any related field of studies.

  
  
• Previous leadership experience is required.
