Filling Reliability Leader

As a Filling Reliability Leader, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our "Ideal Factory" vision by leading the Road Map Action Plan and empowering Filling team members to consistently deliver exceptional performance against SQCDMN standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of the Danone 13 WISE elements (work in a safe environment) within the Production area
• Improve the level of awareness for employees through safety sessions to achieve targets of safety (NLTA, LTA & Near Miss to be Zero)
• Ensure the implementation of all Food Safety, GMPs, AIB, and HACCP processes and procedures
• Leading AIB, FSI, & FSSC 22000 audit in Filling Area
• Manage the milk and raw material losses, through daily/monthly monitoring & analysis to ensure continuous reduction
• Managing Power saving and chemical consumption
• Manage the assigned team overtime in accordance with factory utilization
• Lead and form Task forces to tackle production challenges that cause high losses
• Lead 5S implementation in the Process Area
• Analyzing downtimes and OE and setting the appropriate action plan to meet targets.
• Develop manufacturing practices, production schedules, operational methods, and procedures to ensure a smooth operation and achieve the highest performance standards
• Manage the implementation of new innovations
• Lead FDS L1 and FDS L2 daily
• Setting a training Plan for the team, assisting in internal training sessions for the team
• Lead the team to increase the level of creative thinking, problem-solving, and Analytical thinking by introducing techniques to the team such as Fish-Bone Analysis & 5 Whys Technique
• Updating master cleaning checklist of the filling area
• Updating the cleaning audit checklist for the filling area
• Provide the filling area every quarter with all needed Color-Coded cleaning tools
• Supervise the factory waste management area & manage the WM third party.

Education/Courses:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or food science
• Experience:3-5 Years of experience In FMCG manufacturing
• Good Knowledge of MS application
• 6 Sigma or lean Green/black belt is a plus
