In addition, ensuring all F&B menu, printed and digital collaterals are up to date and in good physical condition as directed by the Food and Beverage Director . Provide high-level administrative support by conducting competition checks and research, preparing and distributing weekly/monthly reports, resolving guest issues by directing them to the Food and Beverage Director ’s attention, and also performing clerical functions. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Previous experience in F&B in luxury hotel is preferable. Strong command of English language both written & spoken.
