Freight Operations Team Member

Job Description:

• Submit quotations and shipments updates on customer’s system.
• Support commercial team to quote the customer.
• Handle all customers’ inquiries regarding the needs.
• Follow up with operation teams to receive quotes and have updates on time with no delays as well as with CC team .
• Review our invoices with customer to make sure that all required documents are attached to avoid any delays in payment process .
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly analysis and reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant background.
• 1-3 years’ experience handling freight and shipping operations (Air- Sea- Land)
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Strong command of English language.
• Strong time management skills.
