About the job Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive global recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent across various regions and markets.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote our employer brand, ensuring a compelling and consistent message to attract top talent.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely and personalized communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on global recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices, providing recommendations to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, sourcing and attracting a diverse candidate pool, and ensuring fair and unbiased selection processes.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize and maintain our ATS to track candidate progress, capture essential data, generate reports, and streamline recruitment processes.
- Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and enhance recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a global talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, preferably with experience in hiring international candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of global recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive informed recruitment decisions.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment.
- Experience in employer branding and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required.
