Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiringa Graphic Designer to join our team.
Summary:
The Graphic Designer responsibilities includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
If you have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the digital world, have a good experience with Photoshop and Illustrator, have an eye for good design and can go through a bunch of amends without giving up, then we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Proven graphic designing experience with at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.

Work Setup:

• Location: One Kattameya.
• Working Hours: 9AM-6PM - including one hour break.
• Tuesdays work from home.
• Fridays and Saturdays are off.
