Graphic Designer

At FreePL, you will be an integral part of a small team that is currently on a mission to build something big and exciting from the ground up. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll be expected to take ownership of your work and be comfortable making decisions independently.

What We Look For

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for all brand design work, creating visual materials for multiple media platforms and brand touchpoints. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working under pressure and with cross-functional teams, while being proactive and taking initiative. You will play a vital role in visually representing the company's brand, creating engaging user experiences, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through impactful design materials.

Responsibilities

• Designing: Creating compelling visual designs for both digital and print media, including website graphics, social media content, marketing materials, infographics, and presentations.
• Branding: Developing and maintaining a strong visual brand identity that aligns with our values and target audience.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Collaborating with internal product teams to ensure design is in line with brand identity for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Data Visualization: Transforming complex data and information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and infographics for internal and external use.
• Marketing Collateral: Designing brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional materials to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Video and Animation: Creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and short videos to convey information, demonstrate product features, or enhance marketing campaigns is a big plus.
• Visual Content Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition and unique selling points.
• Collaborating: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Print Production: Coordinating with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials, maintaining brand standards and adhering to project timelines.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices within the logtech space to deliver innovative and impactful designs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company strategy.
• Keep track of industry and technology trends.
• Passion for Trade and Logistics is a plus: An interest in the trade, logistics and transportation industry, understanding its challenges and trends, and incorporating relevant design strategies to address them effectively.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• UI/UX background is a plus
• Motion and Animation is a plus
• Excellent research and computer skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
