About the job Group HR Manager Airline Our client in Airline industry is recruiting his Group HR manager


Purpose of the position:
In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the HR strategic development of the Company and will oversee the operative functioning as well by ensuring a smooth operating model in relation to all the undergoing processes of the Company. Responsible for the implementation and harmonization of group service standards, processes, policies. The jobholder acts as the final escalation point for issues related to payroll, taxation, compliance, immigration and contracting matters.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary source of HR knowledge to HR team and organizational stakeholders.
Develops an HR strategy for the countries within the region which is in line with the organizations, regional, and global goals and objectives.
Develops and implements a manpower planning of the HR team in order to have the needed staff with the right competence on time, both national and international.
Ensures that the HR team and external service providers are working in a harmonized manner in accordance with the standard operation procedures and policies, defined d KPIs and identifies and implements mechanisms to promote cooperation, communication and teamwork within Company.
Responsible for annual, quarterly and monthly cost control, for annual saving targets for Company.
Acts as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures and ensure it is administered in an equitable and fair manner and meets all legal and labor regulations and requirements.
Oversees preparation of regular and ad hoc executive Leadership reports


Requirements:

Bachelor degree
7+ years of experience preferably in same industry
Advanced knowledge on payroll procedures
Experience in coordinating operational teams with different backgrounds and professional orientations
Experience in strategic leading will be a valuable advantage
Analytical thinking, good problem solving and well-organized way of working
Continuous improvement mindset, focus on team development
Advanced computer skills, including Office applications, combined with tech and digitalization affinity
Arabic and English
Good communication and people management skills
