Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure alignment with the company’s employer branding efforts.
Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and enhances employee performance.
Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management best practices, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
Support leadership development efforts, ensuring that leaders are role models for the desired culture and are equipped to foster a positive work environment.
Design recognition and rewards programs that reinforce and celebrate behaviors aligned with the desired culture.
Ensure that the organization's values and mission are well-communicated and integrated into everyday work practices and decision-making processes.
Conduct assessments and surveys to understand the existing workplace culture, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Communicate with third-party companies to develop and coordinate Learning and Development (L&D) programs.
Requirements
2+ years of HR
Previous experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field is highly valuable. Experience in employee engagement, culture development, or change management.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A deep understanding of workplace culture and its impact on employee behavior, engagement, and organizational performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to collect and analyze data related to workplace culture is essential for measuring the effectiveness of culture initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with change management principles and implementing cultural transformations and guiding employees through change.
