Job Description

HR Business Partner



Responsible for all Talent Acquisition in relevant plants. Manages the recruitment process, candidates screening and selection process. Manages the Payroll process with coordination of Payroll and Controlling Supervisor for relevant plant keeping track of compensation & benefits related issues with the Payroll responsible. Responsible for all benefit file maintenance including enrolling and terminating process. Manages the implementation of HR policies and the distribution of announcements. Supervises that all HR administrative processes are being followed. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Act as Business Partner with all department heads to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Act as Business Partner with all plant employees in proving daily HR guidance and support Processes terminations. Conducts exit interviews for managerial levels, analyses data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Represents the company for any unemployment claims. Manages the implementation of office policies by establishing standards and procedures Tracks documentation of external employees. Optimizes all HR administrative processes. Ensures Plant is in compliance with the rules and regulations related to Audit requirements. Keeps the HR team informed of significant problems that may affect the achievement of company legal compliances, and those are not being addressed adequately. Handles employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints. Manage HR Budget of the plant Assists management with special projects as needed. Bachelor's degree in related field with 7+ years of experience directly related to HR & Administration. Manufacturing background is a plus. Understanding of Egyptian Labour Law, employment practices, policies and procedures Fluent English Language. Excellent communication skills. Must have diverse experience with blue and white collar workers. * It is required to act in safe and environmentally responsible manner at all time by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and safety standards.
