Job Context: Working as HR Consultant entails advising companies on a wide range of issues involving its workforce to ensure a perfect alignment with their vision and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Upon request by Rawaj-HCM, the job involves:
- Advising management on the administration of Human Capital policies and procedures.
- Taking responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource-related projects.
- Conducting research, tracking, and analyzing metrics, and suggesting insights to improve decision-making.
- Advising our clients about any recurring issues and problems.
- Helping HR professionals in recruiting, training, and managing employees.
- Creating and designing plans for applying new techniques for driving change in HR processes.
- Suggesting and managing implementation of suitable HR technology for business advancement.
- Keeping abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources field.
Key Competencies
- Previous experience working as HR consultant for at least 5 years
- Expertise in HR operations, procedures and best practices
- Proven research and analysis skills
- Hands on experience with human resource software programs (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Hands on experience with preparingbusiness plans
- Analytical thinker problem-solver
- Outstanding communication, presentation and consulting skills
- A team player with excellent leadership skills
