Could you be the full-time onsite Interlocking signaling application Engineer in Cairo, EG we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your robust and detail-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to the safety and efficiency of rail networks by delivering design scheme plan layouts, Control Tables, safe HMI layouts, signaling logic application data, hardware configuration drawings, cable core plans, signaling equipment Rooms layout, diagnostic application data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Quality Assurance, Safety Assurance), ensure the application and adherence to the reference application design methods & tools, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Requesting in cooperation with the Project IXL design leader deviations whenever appropriate,

  
  

• Participating actively in the IXL detailed design review meetings,

  
  

• Assisting in the development and validation of interlocking signaling systems,

  
  

• Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the design process

• Graduated in Software or Electrical or Electronic or Automation Engineering,

  
  

• Experience or understanding of railway signaling systems and interlocking principles,

  
  

• Familiarity with safety-critical system design and industry standards,

  
  

• Knowledge of control system software and hardware design
