1.Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software assets
2.Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
3.Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software license to make sure they comply with vendor contracts.
4.Establish and Maintain IT Assets (Hardware and Software) database, related financials, verifications, audits, and also identify and report breaches to department head of ITAM policy, and track remedial action
5.Manage the IT assets inventory (software and Hardware) and gather related data to provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost and risk of digital technology asset life cycles
6.Manage activities concerning licenses compliance audits to be able to answer requests from software providers effectively and perform related reconciliations.
7.Generate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports on accurate IT assets and their status; also perform trend analysis.to mitigate the risk of having a software assets that is non-compliant.
8.Ensure process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; suggest improvement to the process continuously
9.Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes and reports concerning asset and configuration management.
10.Provide the annual requirements for budget planning for assets related operating and capital expenses.
11.Work with accounting & finance in accurately recording the acquisition and disposition of assets.
12.Provide recommendations and analysis to Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities, by evaluating the total cost of ownership of the technology assets.

13.Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

14.Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Security, Control and Quality Assurance department to ensure continuity of work.
Compliance
15.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
