Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring timely setup of hardware, software, and access credentials.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to coordinate IT requirements for onboarding processes.
- Efficiently handle offboarding procedures, revoking access, and securing company assets upon employee departures.
- Maintain and update documentation for onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
