IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join at Sigma . As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top IT talent to support our organization's growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future job openings.
  
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
  
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continually improve the quality of our hiring processes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
  
• Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions with high-quality candidates.
  
• In-depth knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific skills.
  
• Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and tools for attracting IT professionals.
  
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical competencies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
