Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose issues and implement solutions promptly.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs), including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Install and organize cables, including Ethernet and power cables, to ensure neat and efficient cable management.
Install and configure patch panel, Faceplate, and floor box to facilitate the organization and management of network connections.
Configure and maintain security cameras and Network Video Recorders (NVRs) for surveillance purposes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
