Junior Ruby on Rails Web Developer":
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain efficient, clean, and reliable Ruby code.
- Help maintain code quality and organization.
- Identify code bugs, and work on developing solutions to these problems.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, code standards)
- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.
Qualifications:- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- You have worked for at least 1 year with Ruby. We are willing to accept candidates with similar levels of
experience in other languages as long as they are willing to switch to Ruby.
- A knack for writing “Clean, Readable Ruby code”.
- Linux is a close friend, and Docker is your future.
- Have experience with Agile development or SCRUM framework.
- It is imperative that you be familiar with the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS & JQuery.
- One of these database systems is your favorite for a reason: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDb, Redis.
Work Conditions: full time Job with Flexible hours & semi remote
