Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the market demands, incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap, and 
• ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria, set sprint goals, and plan for releases and upgrades.
• Groom and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and readiness of user stories for sprint planning.
• Collaborate closely with the Development team to develop and maintain a comprehensive Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document, including the creation of detailed technical user stories.
• Use strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems that arise throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist with process modelling to clarify business requirements and to enhance or re-engineer business processes as needed.
• Incorporate user feedback and data analysis to refine product offerings, ensuring they address user needs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Design and develop mock-ups and prototypes to provide clear, visual guidance for the development team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in a software development environment.
• Background in industrial engineering or experience working within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in successfully delivering complex software projects or features.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and making data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp).
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities.
• A strong focus on user experience and business value.
