SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team and take on the role of Maintenance Engineer for the Multicolor equipment in our retail shops. The Multicolor equipment is of importance to our customers, as it empowers them to add vibrant colors to our products, enabling our end users to truly color their world.
As the Engineer responsible for Multicolor equipment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate tinting of paint products throughout our Retail network. Your responsibilities will encompass regular visits to our valued partners and dealers, troubleshooting any technical concerns with the Multicolor equipment, and ensuring their timely resolution. our efforts will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of our retail outlets and in achieving customer satisfaction.
You will have the chance to collaborate closely with a supportive team while working remotely. Your role will involve overseeing the group of retail shops located in Alexandria and the Western region. Your direct supervisor will be the Multicolor Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Set regular maintenance schedules for existing machines in the assigned area by conducting maintenance in accordance with the plan, and solve technical issues related to MC equipment to ensure that all machines are running properly to minimize color complaints.
Support the expansion of the retail network in assigned areas in coordination with the Multicolor manager by providing installation, training, and troubleshooting to ensure the growth of the retail network.
Support marketing activities related to Multicolor by updating databases and prices in assigned areas/for assigned customers.
Advise customers by providing technical assistance related to Multicolor machines to support the Sales team and exceed customer expectations.
Commit to Maintenance Plan, database, and price distribution and assist in revamping current dealers to concept shops.
Follow up on customer complaints regarding tinted colors accuracy and investigates to identify the root cause.
Perform product, color, and colorant analysis for MultiColor Jotun customers.
Perform training to operators and sales counters on multicolor equipment through Jotun academies.
Provide technical support to internal colleagues and external customers related to software hardware, and assist in implementing formulation changes, upgrades, and training to ensure products are tinted correctly and delivered on time to the customer.

Qualifications We Look For:
- Arabic & English speakers are a must.
- Bachler`s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or similar background)
- 1- 3 Years of experience in the Maintenance field.
- This position requires candidates to be based in Alexandria.
