Organic Social and Email Marketing Manager, EG- Local Marketing Team

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to join our team as a Social and Outbound Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering Organic social and outbound annual strategy to drive customer funnel objectives.
* Deliver Localization, personalization and automation plans
* Reports the right metrics and drives continuous optimization.
* Continuous Improvement of processes between Worldwide, central and local teams
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree preferably in Mass com or Business administration.
-Relevant experience (minimum 2 years) in social media management and outbound
marketing.
-Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and cultural nuances.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
-Ability to work in teams and ultimately focus on delivering results with high standards.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Cairo, EGY
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in driving engagement and working with social media channels or agencies
- Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
