Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance testing strategies, plans, and methodologies
Design, create, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios
Analyze test results and performance metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and issues
Work with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to optimize system performance
Collaborate with project managers to ensure performance testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle
Monitor and report on system performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance testing and monitoring
Lead and mentor performance testing team members
Provide training and support to employees on performance tools and processes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
At least 3 years of experience as a Performance Manager.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g. JMeter)
Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) are preferred
