Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and manage the bidding process for elevator parts and materials.
  • Evaluate and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential suppliers.
  • Select qualified suppliers based on factors like quality, price, delivery lead times, and reliability.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality specifications.
  • Manage supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies for maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Manage import/export processes for materials, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities and inventory levels
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the elevator industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
