About the job Procurement Manager
NOK Human Capital is hiring "Procurement Manager" for a company that is specialized in sourcing & export solutions for FMCGs to expand globally.
Job Description:
1. Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
2. Discover suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
3. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
4. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
5. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries & examine existing contracts
6. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
7. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
8. Responsible for analysis of information and data between suppliers and prepare control strategies
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain or export
- FMCG background is preferred
- Have connections & network globally (Preferred Africa)
- Got the entrepreneurial spirit & can establish a new department on his/her own
- Advanced leadership & communication skills
