Continuously monitor the new BPM processes through process and system health-checks.
Conduct audits, health-checks, and on-site project audits and oversee adherence to processes by business users across GS and subsidiaries.
Analyse root causes of audit findings and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Measure effectiveness of corrective action implementation.
Review and send report of audit findings to process owners, and relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for document control for all processes.
Lead the new ISO accreditation projects by aligning with internal stakeholders and the certification bodies.
Define all new ISO standards’ policies and processes.
Responsible for the existing ISO certifications renewal.
Improve the implementation of the organization’s quality management system.
Analyze the non-conformities that are raised from external audits and take the suitable corrective actions with stakeholders.
Arrange the management review meetings related to ISO requirements.
Oversee process risk management through all departments.
Investigate process-related violation requests, conduct root cause analysis, and provide process/system updates if required.
Define/Update Company Policies with relevant stakeholders. Ex:DoA Policies , Procurement policy , Saudization, Data security and access permission ...etc. with alignment with BPM.
Respond to Customers/Partner qualification assessment.
