Job Description

Adam Grain for International Trade & Development is now looking for a presentable Receptionist to assist in daily office needs, and manage the company’s general administrative activities.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Job Requirements: 


  • 1-3 years of proven working experience in an administrative position.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web browsers.

Working Conditions:


  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
  • Work Location: New Cairo, First Settlement.
