We seek a passionate, customer-focused individual with a background in hospitality and a genuine love for cars to join our team as a Retail Experience Specialist. As a Retail Experience Specialist, you will create exceptional customer experiences and promote our brand within our retail location.

What You’ll Do?

Elevate Customer Experience:
Craft and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the showroom, ensuring a "wow" factor for every visitor.Implement strategies to enhance the retail experience, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere.Relationship Building:
Establish, foster, and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met. Maximize sales performance through personalized interactions that go beyond transactional engagements.Product Knowledge Mastery:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our automotive offerings to effectively communicate and showcase the unique features and benefits to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to customers.Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Collaborate seamlessly with various departments within the company to ensure a unified and efficient Sales Performance Optimization:
Leverage your strong background in hospitality to drive sales performance through an emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing revenue opportunities.
