THE JOB:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide our Guests with exceptional guest service, maintain a consistent brand standard and a comfortable shopping experience. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all Guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
PREFERRED:
Retail Sales Experience (1-6 months) Cash Handling Experience (1-6 months)
