Job Description

Overview AMESA Strategy and Transformation Deployment Portfolio Director is responsible to build digital solutions deployment roadmaps in partnership with deployment leads while governing the digital portfolio that maximizes the value S&T delivers to PepsiCo. The Sector S&T Deployment Portfolio Director leads a team of analysts and portfolio managers managing a strong partnership with sector deployment leads and global capabilities teams. This team drives strategic portfolio and planning activities including investment planning and annual operating planning, shaping sector demand in alignment with the PepsiCo digital strategy. Responsibilities Drive the build of multiyear digital roadmaps aligned with digital and sector strategy. Partner with finance on the development of the sector digital Annual Operating Plans in partnership with Finance. Partner with stakeholders to curation, evaluation, and prioritization of digital initiatives, projects, and investments based on their strategic value, return on investment, business impact, and resource requirements. Maintain a balanced and optimized digital project portfolio by monitoring project progress, resource allocation, and financial performance. Facilitate value realization across the portfolio. Conduct regular digital portfolio reviews, analyze portfolio risks, customer feedback via net promoter score and recommend appropriate actions to ensure portfolio success. Deliver comprehensive reporting of sector digital portfolio work and communicate to appropriate stakeholders to facilitate demand management for informed decision making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 10 years of technical project and program management experience, with knowledge on project management methodologies Minimum of 3 years of related digital portfolio management experience, with the ability to handle multiple, complex assignments and prioritize appropriately. Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to develop strong senior leadership relationships. Experience influencing and building consensus in a matrixed organization, with good communication skills. Experience in team management and development Good understanding of financial planning relative to multi-year strategic initiatives, business cases, Return on investments analysis and value realization. Strong financial management experience with proven ability to build and manage annual budgets. Experience with project portfolio performance metrics, implementation frameworks, project methodologies like PMI, Agile, LSS (Project management, portfolio management, product management certifications preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project, Power BI
